INGREDIENTS

800g beef suitable for stewing/casserole cut into large pieces1 c /250ml coconut cream1 red onion quartered1 tsp ground cardamon1 tsp Chinese five spice½ tsp chilli powder1 tsp ground cinnamon4 cloves2 tsp ground coriander1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp turmericlarge handful of leafy greens

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the coconut cream and all the spices into the slow cooker, mix.Add the chopped onion and chopped beef, mix.Cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours or HIGH for 4-6 hours, depending on your slow cooker settings and recommended times.Add the leafy greens to the slow cooker 5 minutes before serving. Fold them through gently.
