Ingredients
½ Onion
Fresh Garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 can Italian
Tomatoes
Cream
1/2 tsp Xylitol
Method
- Fry the onion in olive oil along with
the garlic and some salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the can of Italian tomatoes
(ensuring they are crushed first), the cream and the xylitol.
- Allow it to simmer for a few minutes and
then blitz with a stick blender if you want to breakdown the onion and
have a very smooth soup.
