INGREDIENTS
Chilli Ground/Mince Beef
- 500g / 1 lb mince/ground beef
- 1 red onion quartered and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tbs ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground chilli
- 1 tbs dried coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 400g / ½ lb tin/canned/fresh diced tomato
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and gently fry the onion and garlic until cooked but still soft.
- Add the mince/ground beef and continue to cook and stir until the meat is browned.
- Add the herbs, spices, and tomatoes. Stir thoroughly.
- Simmer and occasionally stir for 15 minutes while you prepare the crepes, vegetables and avocado salsa.
