INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole fish scaled and gutted
- handfuls of fresh parsley
- lemon wedges
- 2-3 peeled whole garlic cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the fish inside the cavity and the outside to remove any scales or blood.
- Place the whole fish in a oiled baking dish.
- Open the cavity and place handful of parsley inside, place lemon wedges on top.
- Add 2 or 3 peeled garlic cloves inside, cover with more fresh parsley.
- Close the fish cavity, cover the baking dish with foil and bake until cooked.
