INGREDIENTS
  • 1 whole fish scaled and gutted
  • handfuls of fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges
  • 2-3 peeled whole garlic cloves
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the fish inside the cavity and the outside to remove any scales or blood.
  2. Place the whole fish in a oiled baking dish.
  3. Open the cavity and place handful of parsley inside, place lemon wedges on top.
  4. Add 2 or 3 peeled garlic cloves inside, cover with more fresh parsley.
  5. Close the fish cavity, cover the baking dish with foil and bake until cooked.
