Homemade Beef Burgers - Chantal McCarthy


500g beef mince
1 egg
Seasoning
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Brown Mushrooms
Sliced Tomato
Red Onions
Butter Lettuce
Cheddar Cheese
Avo

Mix together mince, seasoning and egg.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide the mixture into four. Lightly wet your hands and carefully roll the mixture into balls, each about the size of a tennis ball. Set in the palm of your hand and gently squeeze down to flatten into patties.

Fry in olive oil until done.  Time to plate up - Butter lettuce, sliced red onions, beef pattie, melted cheese, sliced tomato, brown mushroom and Avo :)
