1 Onion (diced)
1 Clove Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tbs Meat Spice (Natural Range from Dischem)
Pink Salt
Black Pepper
½ tsp Cumin
1½ Tsps Curry Powder
1 cup grated white cheddar
Fry onions just until nice browned. Add mince and spices and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Add to dish and add cauli mash or sweet potato mash (occasionally, as its orange list). When making the mash, add butter and a dash of fresh cream. Layer on top of mince and top with grated cheddar and grill for about 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve with your choice of greenlist veggies.
