Cheese or Mushroom Sauce - Chantal McCarthy

2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese 
2 Tablespoons Grated Cheddar
100ml Fresh Cream
Pink Salt & Pepper

Melt together until desired consistency and season with pink salt & pepper.  For the mushroom sauce, brown the mushrooms in butter, add cream cheese, grated cheddar and cream and reduce until desired consistency.  You can omit the cream cheese and the grated cheddar.  Just add cream to mushrooms and let it reduce until desired consistency :)
