Ingredients:
100g Heba Pap
2 eggs
1 pkt drained and sliced olives
2 tbs avo or olive oil
180ml water
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs fresh chopped herbs
Pinch of salt
Coarse salt for top
1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Add herbs, baking powder and fine salt to Heba Pap and mix
well.
Add eggs, water, ½ of the olives and garlic to the dry
ingredients and mix until dough forms.
Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
Press onto Lined baking sheet into desired shape. Add the
coarse salt and remaining sliced olives to the top, then drizzle 1 tbs of the
oil over.
Bake the focaccia in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
or until browned. Remove from the oven and drizzle remaining oil on top.
Slice and serve!
