Ingredients:
2 large carrots
¼ head cabbage
90-100ml mayonnaise (homemade or banting friendly)
1 tbs sweetener of your choice
Method:
Wash and peel carrots. Grate with fine side of grater.
Wash outside of lettuce and use peeler or fine grater to
grate cabbage.
Add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well and
refrigerate.
Serve Chilled.
