Breakfast Pizza - fortheloveofbanting.com


Low to No carb.

Flour-free.

Simple.

Affordable.

What more could you ask for? Oh, and its totally delish!!

Ingredients:

2 eggs

30ml cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter for frying

Cheese and toppings of your choice

Method:

Break eggs in a bowl and add cream, salt and pepper.

Whisk until frothy.

Melt butter in nonstick pan on medium heat.

Add egg and fry until the top has set.

Carefully flip and fry for a minute or two.

Put a plate on top and flip into the plate.

Add desired cooked toppings and microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Alternatively, put in an oven proof dish and grill in oven until cheese melted.

Serve warm and enjoy!

  1. I make this type of breakfast pizza but microwaving it will make the egg way overdone resulting in a dried out, spongy like texture. Microwave the pepperoni for a minute to get some of the fat off. After flipping your eggs, add the cheese then pepperoni. Place another pan to cover for a minute or two. Perfect egg pizza that's not overcooked.

    Make sure to turn the heat off under your eggs once flipped. It will continue cooking until the pan cools down.
